A little bit of bayou spirit right here at Carrington Place! Our Mardi Gras celebration featured hearty chicken gumbo, colourful yellow, green, and purple Jell-o, and hurricane drinks topped with a cherry for good measure. Safe to say, we let the good times roll!

What a wonderful way to show a little extra love! ❤️
We celebrated Valentine’s Day over two special days. First, we hosted our Valentine’s Social, welcoming members of the community and the wonderfully entertaining Dave Burden. Add tea, coffee, and delicious red velvet cake, and you have all the ingredients for a winning afternoon. Special thanks to Laura from Queen of Hearts Vendor for coming out and wowing us with her one-of-a kind creations.
The celebration continued with a mouthwatering chicken parmesan dinner, followed by chocolate-covered strawberries. It’s safe to say everyone was truly feeling the love.
